Daily Habits for Glowing Skin..

  • Drink water every day,it’s good for your skin.
  • Eat plenty of legumes and vegetables, and also eat food rich in fatty acids
  • Sleep  on time, sleep straight this is good for the skin
  • Manage stress, it will affect acne and blemishes
